Community Exhibitions
Sharings are one-day events that celebrate each Solstice and Equinox.
A Sharing is a free community exhibition that shows the childrens art from our crossborder collaborations program. The art teachers usually show a couple of their own pieces too. Guest artists arrive from both sides of the border to lead art workshops and show their work. Mix into this; live music, free food, clowns, piñatas, experimental performance art, swarms of children and you have a Sharing.
Solstices and Equinoxes happen at the border of each season; June 21(Summer Solstice), September 21(Fall Equinox), December 21(Winter Solstice) and March 21(Spring Equinox)
